Shes obviously running a fantasy in her mind in places, where she is “walking in with my husband” or is in the habit of just thinking of you in that way.
It's cute, and as long as she is not confusing your family or making you uncomfortable, no harm if it's only occasionally.
Some people hate the description “boyfriend” and especially “partner” or “fiancee”.
Because as men we have this sense of internal animal pride when we have conquered more women than men have conquered our women. It's an animal thing.
