Dear, he is taking advantage of your fragile emotional state. My guess is you told him about someone close to you dying and how that affected you, and now he us skillfully using that knowledge against you, to hurt you and keep you coming back to him like you are a little puppy. Break up with that man, stay in therapy and focus on dealing with your past trauma. I suggest that you give up dating for a few years until you have developed a way to address your past trauma. Your gf saw through him, that is why he wants you to block her out of your life, then you have no one trying to defend your interests.
