You might not be engaging in “stereotypical” stalker behavior, but harassing someone's partner to get to them is stalking. Like most behavior of this kind it's hot to prove, but what your doing is illegal, immoral and mean spirited. You're so set on causing trouble you've arbitrarily decided that someone is “fake gay” in a attempt to find something to justify all of this, which is awful for a lot of reasons. How dare you.
I don't think he's in the wrong. I never said he was. Most people would do the same. Even if it was assault, her behavior over the holiday alone would justify divorce.
Assault would just change how OP should approach her to get her to stop being so useless.
Honestly I think you just need to bite the bullet. Yeah it’ll be uncomfortable but it’ll hurt so much worse to waste time that you can’t get back if you were to wait out of fear and find out way down the line he’s actually not romantically physically attracted to you. You just need to suck it up, hype yourself up, sit him down and have the necessary conversation. Just get it over with and you’ll finally have your answers instead of spending months or god forbid years waiting for the problem to solve itself. You can’t find a solution if you don’t know the problem.
