One thing I'll add as a formerly-disabled-person is to have your house checked for mold. I spent a decade physically disabled with inexplicable brain fog and memory loss.. that all magically began to improve when we moved house last year.
Turns out I'm actually a fairly healthy person, despite severe allergies and some arthritis, tendonitis, and hypermobility. My house was just killing me.
