If you haven’t slept with anyone, then it was her. That’s it. Gonorrhea can lay dormant for weeks, some people never show symptoms while still being able to pass it.
My roommate in college slept with a girl and a week and a half later had the clap – he hadn’t slept with anyone else in months (he tested clean during that time). Turns out she was a silent carrier, no symptoms but likely got it from a guy she slept with 3 weeks prior. If you haven’t been with anyone else, then it should be pretty easy to deduce who the source is…
I'm not sure if you want kids or not? But this is an important question. Also everything is rent controlled now, but in your life time this could change. Your apartment may not afford the same stability you think it does. With kids, you might want to move the country, because it might be a much easier lifestyle.
I think you need to really think about what you want. Not what some potential partner wants. Maybe you don't want kids?
He suggested that we can cancel our plans for the next day so that it would hurt him and I'd feel better.
So it's that bad where he recognizes that you won't get over conflicts unless there is revenge and you aren't happy unless he has some misery. Some big red flags from you. Did your parents treat you that way growing up? It sounds like you have some deep rooted problems with conflict resolution. You aren't treating this relationship as an equal partnership, but rather as a competition and a dominance game. I'm curious if this is from your parents (especially since it got bad after seeing them) creating the desire to see people suffer. It sounds like you have two modes of conflict resolution 1) you enjoy his crying and like comforting him through it, or 2) his crying makes you angrier and you feel like he deserves to feel bad. Like a good/bad cop routine, different ways to encourage negativity. Why does he cry?
When he was late for video games, why did it make you upset? Do you think he intentionally got there late? Was he sorry for being late? He was still there for studying, isn't that the important part? Is it possible that you look for reasons to be upset? I'm just trying to get you to talk about the source of these negative feelings. I don't see a reason to be upset over that. Going back to parents I know some that really create a stressful environment with little rules just so they can be controlling: “You're grounded if you are a minute late. Did you just give me attitude after I yelled at you, no food tonight. You were on your phone after dark, you're gonna watch me smash it.” You might be creating relationships similar to your parents.
Let that love die man. Leave her.
