I've been currently talking to a visitation involvement parenting specialist, and she said she would send me an official form to fill out for family court, since they seemingly ignored her initial form. I just hope they're not trying to run from me again, god forbid move out of state with the alleged fiance. I do have a copy of my kid's birth certificate, so I know I already have paternity established.
