I feel the opposite. He yells and yells and yells, and then the second I tell my side he says he's done talking and leaves. He never listens to my side. If he tells me I didn't do x y and z because I'm trying to get revenge on him, when in reality I didn't do x y and z because I was busy doing a b and c that he asked for – I'm going to clarify! And yeah, talking it out is trying to figure out what went wrong on both our sides, clarifying our true intentions, and figuring out what we can do differently next time.
