See, that's the thing. Like, there's only two scenarios that make any sense to me. Either the sister was scheming for OP's husband and finally made her move, or they got far too comfortable because they've been carrying on for at least a bit now. Nothing else makes sense to me.
For them to both get so out of it they start making out without realizing what is happening? Not buying it. And if that is what happened, I'm confident the sister would have at least tried to defend herself.
