4. So, sorry, but how are you not his girlfriend? You hang out, you do sexual and affectionate things with him, you've been introduced to his support system who all acknowledge you as his gf, he has your face as his screen saver. Pretty sure from everything you've said, that you are his girlfriend. The only thing that seems to be missing is that he's not specifically asked you to be, but frankly, plenty of relationships don't have that step, because everyone just accepts it as fact. Like in your situation.

   If you don't want to be his girlfriend, you should probably explicitly explain this.

   Clearly you both need to work on communication.
