No, you don't know this for a fact. And that statement is unfortunately false, no matter how much you want to believe it to be true. What she is doing is attempting to start a competition for your boyfriend, between the two of you. At this point, it's useless to sit around pondering why she's behaving this way and you and your boyfriend should just start blocking her. And frankly, your boyfriend needs to learn to get better at telling her “no” “don't touch me” and “stop disrespecting my relationship.”
Frankly, if you want this to stop, you'll both have to cut contact completely, but I am of the opinion that you're probably much better off without either of them.
