Well this could be interpreted two ways. Maybe you try to resolve things quickly or maybe you verbally/emotionally dump in the moment. I would say you e mentioned raising your voice and yelling twice now so that’s an issue. It’s a sign that you are not in control if your emotions and are not actually working to resolve things. Since this also triggers your wife, it would help to work on that.
