have you ever spoken to her about how you are feeling? i give you both a lot of credit for being in a long distance relationship. maybe it's just an adjustment to you both now living in the same area. it's not the same dynamics in comparison to a LDR. communication is always key. let her know that you are feeling neglected. it's a two way street where both needs are met (emotional, physical, etc.) but if nothing is brought up, a solution won't be achieved.
