Ask the bride and groom specifically how you can help. This is they type of situation that can escalate and go sideways very easily, and cause hot feelings in a family for years. You don’t want to be in any way contributing to it unless you’ve been given the green light by the bride and groom. Let them tell you what your job is, and stick to it.
