The salient difference in my mind and also in most other people's is the interactivity, and you gave 3 examples that are wildly different.
Porn as streaming, prerecorded media is non-interactive.
Phone sex with another person is fully interactive with your attention on each other.
On-line cams, like streaming, can be anywhere from non-interactive to pretty substantially interactive which is why most people don't think of them the same as porn.
Most people are uncomfortable with the idea of their partner having sexual interaction with other people. This applies to having a partner doing sex work, paying sex workers, and of course, having any kind of sex with other people.
Watching porn being acceptable is a divisive topic (and porn addiction absolutely ruins relationships) but it's absurd to say phone sex with someone else and porn are equivalent.
Personally, as a POC, I wouldn't keep dating someone who won't stand up against racism. At that point, it's not even about me but about the fact that her family is racist, knowingly, and doesn't give a shit and she sits by letting them. It's truly not enough that she “just talk to them” as they continue to do it.
In this case, I'd just say it's not working out. Even if you two last forever, her family will always be a constant unless she cuts contact or they change. Doesn't seem like either are going to happen…
I’d confront her immediately. And if she’s physically cheated, end it permanently. If not, talk about it and figure out your next steps. And for god’s sake, stop apologizing for trusting your gut and catching her in her infidelity.
