Exactly not sure why you’re down voted here, it’s not a magic bullet. I know several guys that have done it and one has chronic pain, one had complications, two had it later reversed after their partners did in fact want more children and one other regrets the decision. I can only think of one person who raves about it.
As much as it might hurts, this is a good thing. My partner had more or less the same problem and after 6 months we made it through. You’ll find someone that will love/like you more than your ex and they will be happy go through it all. Assuming that you are still young, you will meet meet someone.
