You don’t need to poison people’s opinion of your girlfriend by putting them in the middle of your private business. You’ll be fine if you keep private things private. Literally none of this would’ve happened if you’d just shut the fuck up about personal stuff at work. If you really need to discuss it, get a therapist or write in a journal.
And no, you should not allow your girlfriend to question her sanity because you don’t want to have to be honest about the fact that you’ve been acting like a disrespectful piece of shit.
