If her being effusive and physical with you is too confusing you're within your rights to ask her to back off. She's made it clear at least twice that she's not looking for a boyfriend. So if you keep pressing her on this she's likely to end the friendship entirely. You really have to take people at their word and not assume that your own desires are more important than theirs.

To be fair, it's possible. Don't get me wrong, I just feel like it's very easy especially these days to assume the worst of people, that goes double for random internet people that we do not know who have been painted in a bad light.
Let's be real here though, it's equally likely that the guy was completely innocent in all of this. We don't know him like OP knows him, and we also don't know if OP knows him well enough to have a realistic view of him as a person. If all he was interested in was some hard pictures, there are much easier and less elaborate ways of doing that. You don't need to pick out a bunch of outfits, go through the trouble of organizing a shoot, taking the pictures in a professional manner, etc.
For all we know the guy who took these pictures doesn't even find OP's wife attractive. For all we know, he did this all just to have some new fap material. I'm curious as to why you're so convinced that he's the piece of shit described in the latter though.

When Betty moved you should have immediately filed in court to have her move back or make arrangements for you to have your daughter more regularly. Just because she had primary custody does not give her the right to move away to where you have no custody rights or ability to get to your child.
