You're assuming malice here and I don't think there is any. Just a thoughtless drunk teenage girl who listened to her hormones and not her head and did something stupid.
Would I agree OP probably shouldn't date her? Sure. Would I advise him to do anything you're saying? No. Unnecessarily cruel, not to mention she's close in his friendgroup and seeing each other is unavoidable for the foreseeable future. Maintaining civil relations means not disrupting the friend group.
He's not being civil to her for her sake, he's doing it for his and his friends.
I could talk about this for days, but towards the end you said something that’s really all that matters; “she wasn’t willing to partake in the same lifestyle I wanted.”

For starters, stop talking shit about him to your family/friends. That’s a naked and fast rule I have for myself in relationships. Don’t talk shit about my partner to ANYONE. And it’s for the reason you stayed. YOUR family and friends are loyal to you. When you disparage him, their feelings of contempt for him will persist long after yours are a distant memory.
Asking for a paternity test from your pregnant partner is the worst thing he could do
Cuddling with another dude is worse
Wooooow swung??! It was your guardian angel that sent her to your phone. Abort mission.
