Avid gamer here, married to an amazing wife who's always been more successful. If you love this man then let him know he's got a single chance left to salvage the marriage. He either needs to see what he's about to lose and act on it or he can stay exactly where he is in life right now without you.
Partners should be supportive of each other, especially when there's been a lot of growth. Why stay with someone who will only weigh you down for the rest of your life?
