She was nineteen, maybe young and stupid, and mistakes happen as we all are human. This is an explanation, not an excuse. What she did was very selfish and it's up to you if you want to try and forgive her.
The one thing / only thing she has going for her now is that she fessed up on her own before marriage, knowing full well that you might leave her.
Take your time with this decision, for her the cheating was six years ago, for you it just happened. I'd go on a weekend trip to a spa (or something like that) alone and think on it by myself.
