As a woman, this is an awful take. Her best friend was just as drunk and didn't remember anything either. They are both just two cheating idiots who got so drunk that they lost their inhibitions and behaved inappropriately together. They both got intoxicated willingly, they both ended up in her bed willingly for all we know. OP didn't state anything indicating that anything happened against her will. Maybe SHE took advantage of HIM? You all need to calm down with the rape allegations just because he is a dude. Poor guy. Imagine being so drunk you blacked out, made out with your best friend who was also drunk but willing and then getting hit with rape charges the next day just cause you are a man.

She did sign something giving him full rights and ownership of the pictures,
but he promised to consult with her over if he wants to use any for anything. I haven’t confronted him yet.
