This was an interesting comment to me – it could be just the way you worded it, but to me it reads as though you see 'housekeeping' as her job/responsibility.
You say you think the counsellor senses your frustrations and then you move to saying she 'makes' you feel guilty – why? because she expresses how unhappy she clearly is?
Is she punishing you or is this the consequence of you prioritising your own needs at the expense of hers for several years?

Jesus Christ, we get that they weren’t official. What you don’t understand is that it doesn’t matter! If he was dating some random person and you slept with him, you’d have a point. I wouldn’t do it personally, but you’d be in the clear.
But someone your sister is dating?? Nope. That’s fucked. No decent person would do that to their sibling, regardless of whatever technicalities about their exclusivity you try to use to squirrel out of it. We get they weren’t exclusive, but you don’t seem to get that it doesn’t matter if they were or not.
