Your post was removed for the following reason(s):
Your title did not include at least two ages/genders or was not formatted correctly
Posts must:
include details about the involved parties including ages, genders, and length of relationship, and
request advice in real situations involving two or more people
We are enforcing the two rules listed above by making all titles start with ages/genders in the following format:
[##X][##X], [## X][## X], or [##-X][##-X] where ## is the age and X is the gender (currently M, F, T, A, NB, FTM, MTF but more can be added). You can have more than two ages/genders listed, but you must have at least two at the beginning of your title. Here is an example:
Do not take a lack of communication as communication. You know where she lives? Go see her. Every time she is with you she treats you great. It sounds like she has a lot going on and may even be doing school stuff at school…so she may be busy. Sure it sucks that she doesn't let you know she has 2 papers and a test in a week, that her sorority is keeping her busy or that she's still behind in her reading for a class. Let her know you are there for her and your feelings are real.
Oh, you mentioned she had to move do to problems with a roommate?
Suppose her former roommate is interfering with communication. The app was logged into the tablet and the roommate is deleting the messages or some such.
Never take serious, life altering information by text. What if your roommate unlocked your phone and texted a bunch of bad stuff? Wouldn't you want to be believed if you claimed it was a cruel prank? What if she has a roommate reading your messages and deleting them? Go in person.
This ongoing consensus that we can’t possibly be partners just because we’re not currently living together is crazy to me, I expected more intelligent discussion from this sub for some reason
