This story is ridiculous but let's pretend for a minute that I find any of this even remotely believable.
Number one, you have been given exactly zero evidence that your girlfriend has been cheating, you doorknob. First you get a note with an accusation and no proof whatsoever. Like I told you at the time, you shouldn't have even brought this to her attention because it was less than nothing. Now you've been given an undated blurry photo that MIGHT be a picture of a woman who MIGHT be her and MIGHT be from when you were dating, which is also less than nothing. If you bring this to your girlfriend as well with another implied accusation I wouldn't be surprised if she dumps your gullible ass. Clearly someone is obsessed with her and wants her to be single, and you are dutifully letting them put doubt in your head and then carrying their messages straight to your girlfriend.
Secondly, if she actually was cheating (and again there has been zero evidence of that) all you're doing by telling her about these notes is putting her guard up and letting her know to be more careful around you. If you believed the notes at all, and you shouldn't have, then the smart thing to do was NOTHING and just keep your eyes peeled for any suspect behavior from her.
Instead you've managed to get the worst of both worlds; you let your girlfriend know you don't trust her AND you've given her a heads up that you're going to be suspicious. Congratulations, you'll be single soon and then her stalker will be happy even if you aren't.
