She should have disclosed this before you had sex. Just like I told potential partners that I was not interested in having children on the first or second date. If you know you have an issues/condition/whatever that could be a deal breaker for many people, you need to tell them up front.
OP what would you have done if she had told you she was trans on the first date? That is what you need to do now. Keeping this a secret for 4 months was dishonest on her part. And I hope you told her that.
You are being controlling. Just because your girlfriend is okay with it doesn't make it okay. I think that's a common excuse people use to justify unhealthy boundaries or desires. Two unhealthy perspectives don't make one healthy reality.

If he has changed that it could be that his mental health has deteriorated. Or there is some sort of resentment towards you.
It’s worth sitting down and hashing it out. You have recognized a change in behavior which always means something.
