The labels just change. “Jocks” become “gym bros” or “athletic guys”, “preppy girls” become “classy ladies” or “stuck up bitches”, “nerds” become.. well, “nerds”. People like labels. Makes grouping people and talking about those groups easier. High school grouping is just practice for the “real world”, we don't really change that much. World just gets bigger.
You don't have to tell the therapist anything you don't want to. Just talk about your life now with your parents, about how guilty you feel for that episode. Oh yeah, I didn’t hurt or bleed at all when I had sex the first time. When I told friends that then, they refused to believe me. Said it always hurts and there’s always blood…I guess it was like that for them. But that’s a whole other can of worms.
