I'm not sure why you're dismissing a decade as a “little age difference”.
I think you need to take a step back now that you're not 20 and think about whether this man is compatible with who you are as a fully-developed adult. Not only is it not in his nature to get off the couch, he resents the idea of pushing himself to do something kind for you.
What kind of values do you have? What kind of a relationship do you really want for yourself? It's time to start thinking about that instead of passively going along with the routine you got pushed into as a kid.

So went to your profile and saw that you had posted about you relationship earlier. And if two months ago she was in hurry to marry you, because for some religious reason you can't live together otherwise? And now she is suddenly saying that “no sex before marriage” (a thing she wanted you to hurry into), well I'd say there's some red flags there.

I recently went for an out-of-town trip with a friend who took lots of selfies of us. When we got home my husband asked me why I wasn’t wearing my wedding rings in the pictures on social media.
