Ok I know you’re not that bothered by this, but it really really irks me that your family couldn’t respect your boundaries and wishes. It’s sweet that they seem to be not homophobic, but in another family that could’ve gotten horribly violent and dangerous very quickly.

Pretty much this. I read a survey about how over 67% of people said they would cheat if they could get away with it. Ain't much loyalty these days unfortunately, people are too selfish and only care about themselves.
There are few things one person can say to another that are more manipulative than “I'll kill myself if you don't do what I want.” That's pretty much the highest level of shitbag manipulation imaginable, preying on your concern for their wellbeing as a way for them to make you do what they want.
You did the right thing. Don't have any further contact with him yourself, and call in a welfare check for him if you're concerned. Do not let him use threats of self harm as a way to wedge himself back into your life or the threats will never stop.

Right? Some women are just genetically predisposed that way. I remember my sister in law saying hers were not perky after she gave birth and she showed them to me, and I was thinking, that’s what mine look like now and I’ve never given birth….lol
