You need therapy to figure this out. I would suggest not getting involved with anyone until you are emotionally healthy. You are literally destroying the emotional health of your partner. Noticed this was the case for women who had not have children yet (regardless of how much time they spent in the child’s life). Those that did had their sex life turned down. Those that didn’t said they were horny goats.

Your husband is disgusting, the thoughts he is having about you and your brother are horrid and you need to challenge him about them.
