Because this place is full of transphobes. And trans people will be able to discuss the deceit (and they absolutely will) without being transphobic about it.
I don't think that's a good idea either. My partner is trans and we have quite a few of trans friends. I've been told on many occasions that the loud live trans community can be rather insecure and are very quick to call other people transphobes. Even reading the comments here, I see a lot of people defending the deceit and calling people transphobes for saying that the gf should have disclosed that info before getting intimate.
I think this post is better suited for a more generic subreddit. I think it's important to listen to and understand different view points.
Not saying it's justified, but there are stories all over the various media outlets that are easily accessible. Just browse subreddits like relationship advice and surviving infidelity. There are such a large number of posts that end with a SO cheating with their trainer/someone at the gym. We never hear the stories about the ones that don't cheat. I understand that it's a small number in the big picture of things, but it has become a common trope/stereotype that personal trainers hit on their clients. I'd say that sitting down with him, and truly discussing what exactly bothers him will be the best for the both of you.

But your whole story only seems to start going differently when they decided to get married. OP on the other hand has dated the guy for only a year.
I see little difference between their story and your story before the couple you mentioned got married.
