Yea according to mayoclinic pregnancy can still occur around 90% of the time. It can be reversed for 20+ years after the initial vasectomy. Stanford health even says 95% and 30+ years. Planned parenthood says the lower side at about 60% with the assumption it has been many years before getting it reversed.
