The fact that her ex is still on her social media is a major fail. At 25yo she knows better.
You not only caught her in a lie but you also caught her keeping her ex as a backup the next time you have a break or a fight.
I suggest you point out that she has deceived you which destroyed your trust. Time alone doesn't rebuild trust. And she can't just say ” trust me”.
Ask how she plans to rebuild your trust?

What would you have done had you found out back then? You're gonna have to do that. I was cheated on like this, and he told me after 8 years and 3 kids. I stayed but ended up divorcing 10 years later.
Don't stay because of sunk cost fallacy. She lied and this makes one feel like they have held you hostage under false pretenses. You thought you were with someone who could never lie like this, that means this is not the relationship you thought it was.

Life actually got much, much easier without my ex because he wasn’t dragging me down anymore. Dating was a blast because there are plenty of better men out there, and I ended up finding the type of guy I used to daydream about and wish my ex would become.
Leaving was one of the best decisions I ever made!
