I admit. I handled it wrong. I am flawed and we all make mistakes. This live! relationship world was so new to me and I let doubt win. I let her know immediately I was sorry. That doesn’t make me a toxic, immature person. There will be ups and downs in relationships. If she comes around and we get back together I think we’ll be stronger because of it. If she moves on then I understand that as well.
As far as the age gap It’s not that big. I do agree there is maturity jumps you make from 22 to 27 but that doesn’t make her an immature baby who cannot date an older guy. She definitely was a lot more mature than a lot of girls around my age.
Anyways, I am not here to argue. I know I messed up and hopefully she gives me grace and forgiveness. If she doesn’t then i’ll continue to work on myself and be a better man than I was yesterday.
