So the title really says it all. My husband (m33) and I (f27) had a disagreement over our sons chores and whether or not he's doing too much. It started as a discussion until he said that I “can't just come barking” at him. I told him I was trying to tell him about what I thought was an issue and as a husband, he should be OK with having a talk about it. Then he said I'm not exactly much of a wife. 3 days later, he's mad at me for not being as happy or bubbly as I usually am. He says that I'm distant and he's not wrong. I just don't know how I'm supposed to forget what he said. Any advice on what to do next or anything at all really would be appreciated x
Edit: I fully understand that I hurt him and opened myself up to the “not much of a wife” comment when I said “as a husband ” rather than 'as a couple' (which is what I meant but I was mad and just focused on remaining calm infront of our kids).
