I (23m) hooked up with a woman (F36) at a bar and have found out she’s married

This past weekend I drunkenly hooked up with a woman at a bar who was 36 years old. She spent the night and we had sex a couple times throughout the night. We have been texting the past few days and her name came up with the “auto fill contact” option through iMessage. It popped up with her last name so I decided to look her up on social media. Turns out she got married a little over a year ago… I never imagined myself in a situation like this and I’m not sure what to do. Do I tell him???? She never said anything about it… I feel like shit and so guilty I feel like I could throw up
