There’s no saving this. Grow a spine and have some self-respect, as well as respect for your children who she clearly wants nothing to do with.
So the 2 options are 1) communication or 2) leave. The first you habe tried, and the latter you refuse. You either accept it, or be miserable with him forever. Your prerogative.
I get you. If somebody pretends to be much younger than they really are, that's a problem. In fact, a good friend of mine is married to a woman 10 years older than he thought she was, which wasn't an issue until she was soon no longer fertile, and soon had health issues that are very atypical of someone a decade younger (so, yes, age matters in health issues!).
But if somebody pretends to be two years older, to avoid being blocked due to a very arbitrary number, I think a case can be made that there weren't bad intentions.
