My boyfriend and I have been dating for a few months, and I think its time we went the next step physically. He's slept with 2 or 3 girls before, and I'm a virgin (he knows this).
I've invited him to come over tomorrow, and he knows that neither of my parents will be home. I've casually mentioned how I've been cleaning my room to make sure that it looks nice for him.
The issue is that boys (or at least the guys ive been with) are kind of stupid when it comes to these things. I will absolutely not have sex without a condom and I don't have any nor do I have any intention to buy them (at least not right now).
Do I assume that he's gotten the hint and will bring them? Or do I assume he's dumb and has no idea? If so, what do I say to him to make it more obvious without straight up asking him to bring them?
Edit: I asked him. It was very awkward. I grew up in a very traditional household where no one really talked about anything like this and so i wasn't sure if it was presumptuous or inappropriate of me to buy them for the first time!

The unmarried woman is someone he matched with on a dating app in 2021. I’m not sure how he met the married woman but she is connected with a few people in his friend group. I also think it’s odd how he doesn’t cut off ties with these women when he is in a serious relationship with me.. but I know that he is someone who is very emotional and doesn’t like to cut ties with people he was once close with. It makes me feel comfortable that he is in contact with these women and sends them pics of my dog behind my back.

He's punishing you because you caught him out and didn't believe his story. You're going to get a lot of people telling you to dump his cheating, lying backside and I'm afraid they're right.
Could be he's in a bad place. Or stressed. Or his emotion batteries are low. Or he's planning world domination. Its nude to tell really.
