I don't see boundaries being laid down, but rather a pattern of escalatory and inappropriate interactions with coworkers who she knows could potentially have romantic or sexual feelings for her. Whether or not she is just high off the attention, or is testing the waters, I don't see an inch of respect being given for the current relationship she is in. I would have a serious talk about it. If she tries to deflect or gaslight with statements like: “I don't see the harm in what I'm doing, I'm sharing photos, you're paranoid and don't trust me”, that's the greenlight to end things. These actions are not typical of someone who is in a committed relationship.
