You've been given some great advice. I'd also consider do your best (for a while as a trial) of making friends with their partners. Invite them out for drinks or gaming or something bro-like. Agreed. I just hit the 3 year mark with my boyfriend's last month. When I think back a year ago to now, I feel an even deeper connection and that I know him better. Little quirks and bits of personality that I may not have seen/noticed before.
I'm sure there will be more as the next year unfolds, but I'll tell you I feel even more secure with my bf today than last year.
