No – thats just your insecurities.
If he told a 70 year old waitress she was beautiful you would think it was adorable.
If he told a 10 year old dressed like a princess she was beautiful you would think it was admirable.
You only dislike it when its a girl you percieve as a threat. You arent the only beautiful woman he encounters. Compliments arent cheating.
I know that sounds super raw… but lets face it… if if he sees a hard actress and says somrthing you wouldnt care because… well you know that aint going to happen. Stop being insecure.

I would probably just walk away when he gets like that. He can insult the thin air if he wants to. And if you physically can't for some reason, just ignore the hell out of him.
I would also absolutely be asking when he is leaving. In fact, any time he came out with one of those insults I would be tempted to just respond with “So, when are you leaving?”.
Putting the petty part of me aside, if he doesn't make a plan to leave, can you give him a timeframe to move out? I totally understand wanting to keep things civil for your child, but it's probably not doing them any good having all this tension in the house either.

Listen, from one person who experienced this kind of thing to another–Reddit is full of people who have no idea what they're talking about.
At best, their experience with people who spent time in prison are from watching movies and television; they assume everyone who's been inside comes out completely messed up and incapable of reintegrating, when that is far from the truth for many.
You know your dad and you've spent time with him; don't listen or argue with people here who have no clue.
