As someone who is autistic, my inclination is to assume that people are good intentioned but just bad at communicating. He might have just meant to insult his cooking rather than your body. BUT, look for patterns. If this is a one time thing, then just forget it, but if there is a history of him making fun of your body or trying to undercut your feelings, then you should leave.
