If your colleague really is hitting on you even when she knows you're married what would stop her from hitting on other people if you pursue this crush? At the moment you don't even know if she wants a relationship or just sex. Based on the open relationship question I'd guess she might be looking for the latter. My wife was a very clean person. But she commonly went through times where the scent was really enough to make me not want to go down. And I love going down. Other times it was virtually scentless.
And this has been pretty much the case with most women I've been with. You've got a super delicate balance down there and it can get thrown off no matter how good your hygiene is.
While this guy does sound like a dbag. OP sounds so completely sure of herself and defensive that I would bet that's the type of mindset that could lead to actually having a small hygiene issue but never admitting it and letting it turn into an actual big deal. A small hygiene issue doesn't mean you did anything wrong or aren't a clean person. Just means you might have to modify a routine or two.
You can leave if you like, but maybe next time just be up front when dating that this isn’t something you’re into.

You don't seem to have understood anything I said. And you inserted a bunch of irrelevant opinions in the middle as though they were fact as well. Further, there's nothing stopping OP from increasing his hours to “full time”, which is still nothing like what we Americans work at full time given the extremely paid time off that Europeans accrue, especially working for NGOs and the like. He could do so, but he just doesn't want to. And that is the conflict.
