Never justifiable. I am only trying to show OP that this is not a situation she is a victim to unless she was drugged. You build these situations, well these things happen. Mayne you don't mean to. Yes, of course your friends are right. This isn't polyamory, this is just your “wife” and her boyfriend in a relationship and you are not a part of it.
And you need serious therapy if your bar for a relationship is so low that as long as you aren't being beaten or raped, that everything else is okay.

I haven’t texted him since so I am trying to respect his rejection. I just literally haven’t been able to get over it. After his “feedback” I tried explaining a little bit about my anxiety but he never replied. Is there a chance he might think differently or like.. idk.

Tell your parents that it's unacceptable and going forward, unless your partner is invited that you won't be attending as you are done with this. If they invite you and say no partners are invited, then her BF is there, leave immediately.
Your partner is meant to be your person, so while you've been speaking to your parents about this, now you need to put action behind it. They don't have to love him as their feelings are theirs, but the behavior needs to stop.
