Dont listen to this other person. Its honestly pretty odd behavior.
I mean firstly why would he think anyone would turn in hand cream as a lost item? Most people would just leave it and workers would just throw it away.
And secondly he really had nothing better to do than spend almost an hour trying to get a small amount of hand cream back? And idk how often he takes the train, but if he doesnt have a weekly/monthly/whatever pass then he would have had to shell out the money for another daily ticket for this. It would probably be cheaper to just but new hand cream
The only thing that kinda makes sense to me is he keeps his drugs in his hand cream bottle. I know some junkies will store powder-drugs in lotion bottles and add water to thicken them up to be a paste-like consistency. They just dry it out and crush it up into a powder again
Been there done that. That's why I'm wondering if I'm expecting too much at this point or what. Because talking isn't getting me anywhere. I feel like I should have to ask an adult multiple times to do things for themselves and just keep up with herself and her living space. To develop routines, anything at all to make herself feel like things aren't so bad so she doesn't wake up and immediately text me “I feel like shit” when all she's done so far is open her eyes and grab her vape.
Right. Which is the conclusion OP came to. You're acting like he's stringing her along. Once he realized he couldn't handle it, he broke it off. That's truly better than trying to stay when it wouldn't be fair to any of them.
