3. Ah, the Green Monster of Jealousy rears it's ugly head. Obviously your brother isn't interested in her. You should talk over your fears with her if you want to be lovers with her, as that's what lovers are for.

   I once knew a great girl, who my older brother had dated a few times. She swore—much too vehemently— that they never had sex. She was so afraid that I would condemn her if she had that it broke us up. I really wouldn't have cared if they had but I was never able to convince her. I never even asked my brother.

4. I don't manage his team. I am just in a management position now, while he's still in design. I don't have authority over him at our workplace but I am technically in a superior position to him and I do make more than he does.
