Unless she shows a willingness to admit her wrongdoing totally and recognizes the damage she has done, you are fighting a losing battle.
She shouldn't be upset about your watching the camera. If anything she should be receptive to any request you have for full disclosure and she should be totally open to it and recognize that it is important to resolving all this.
If you didn't consent to her extra marital relationship with him, getting finger banged by the neighbor is an affair plain and simple.
You may see your own fault in this but her actions are her own and you don't have to try to justify them with anything you have done.
If ya'll really want to stay together, not just you but her too, you better start talking, you better start therapy, and she better see the mistakes she made.
No one is perfect and everyone fucks up. But if you can forgive and she can cut ties and demonstrates a willingness to save your relationship then you have a chance.

This is exactly what I keep going back and forth about. Sometimes I do think it is best to talk to him. Obviously things will never be the same anymore. But if he was black out drunk he needs to know what he did. He needs to know how serious it is. I’m not sure he realizes how much he hurt my husband. And at the same time, I’m not sure if he even deserves that time from either of us. And maybe it is better for us to just phase out

Spot on! I was the same age as op when I had mine, I'm no longer with that partner either. I have never once regretted my decision or felt anything but confident I did the right thing for everyone involved. Sometimes I wonder what could have been, like you, but I 100% know I don't want biological kids at all, ever.

Who’s to say that she has only done this with this kid, maybe there is evidence of her trying with other kids, in the USA. This is the only one OP is aware of.
And even if nothing else, gathering any evidence OP can get, can be useful, as OP can make sure that he sends it to her family, sends it to anyone who knew her. See how long she lasts in her new relationship when everyone she knows is against her.
The last thing i would want is to make her uncomfortable in her workplace. If i rephrase my tldr to ” Best friend who is replacing me with someone else and our friendship is drifting apart” would make no difference. I just lost a friend in the process of friend zoning her.
