It’s annoying because it turns me off – I find nothing but being 1-1 with him exciting and the fact he is thinking about more hurts. I think he wouldn’t do it because he knows it hurts me but doesn’t he deserve a girlfriend who can have fun with him in that way
It sounds to me that there are some severe intimacy issues present here.
Neither of you sound satisfied/stable with your living situation and you have come to depend on your BF for mental support (which is messier than his nose).
I would say that you are not the one at fault, but that neither of you are getting enough out of this stumbling relationship. I think that when you are financially/mentally able, you should end things.
Maybe in your mind, but having a dramatic reaction along those lines is not something everyone is accustomed to or okay with. If you start getting ready to walk out on your partner, and then say things intended to cut someone to their core that can’t be unsaid, they might not want to deal with you anymore.
Run. Don't walk away.
