I wasn't holding out info on her, I had already planned this trip for 2022, but I canceled it soon after we started dating because I didn't want to travel like that soon in the relationship and figured that was the end of it. Then I figured out a way to push it back to this year instead of canceling completely and told her then.
What do you mean by act innocent? What would be a deal-breaker for me would be if she flat-out said No but she's not saying that, her reluctance is making me worried about potential future problems in the relationship though. So like whether I go or don't go I'm not breaking up with her, I intend to continue the relationship, if she issued a “cancel the trip or I'm breaking up” ultimatum that would be on her though but so far it doesn't seem like she will.
