Just echoing this, I have those same allergies and do basically the same. I was prescribed antihistamines and nasal spray rather than allergy shots. I also use eyedrops which can give some relief. I’ve also heard that applying a natural oil like coconut oil or cocoa butter under the eyes and around the nostrils can help by catching and sticking to some of the allergen particles to lower the amount that reaches the eyes and nose.
