If I were in your position, the first thing he would need to do to even try to mend the relationship is to apologize and admit that he was wrong. Maybe after that moving forward would be an option if he would agree to couples therapy. The fact that he thinks this behaviour is okay is worrisome. I understand why it would be very difficult to trust him moving forward. He needs to understand that what he did was wrong, and not okay.

Yes I would say that it is true. She often gets mad of such a small things like not posting photo with her on her birthday. And I also have a tendency that I don't change my mind because of another person's opinion if I don't understand that. But she always insist that I should apologize if I made her feel sad even if I don't understand that. Just for making her sad.
Every argument looks like this – she gets mad for a small thing, I try to cool it down several times but she rejects me, sometimes forcefully. Then I become angry too and don't make any further move, than she comes to me with instant positive mood and like nothing happened but I am not in mood to be sweet any more. And from that point it only escalates cause she becomes more and more and more mad. Eventually after all this she comes to conclusion that It wasn't worth it cause it wasn't a big deal. But it really makes me exhausted emotionally and I don't feel good after all of this cause I am calm guy by nature and arguments are for a reason for me not to only vent emotions.
I think you need to separate for now – have him out of your house. Get yourselves into therapy – individual and couples.
He also needs to handle the IRS on his own – HE needs to do the heavy lifting. He needs to prove himself.
Also, I would probably require him to take some sort of financial literacy class bc this man is a financial mess who can't be trusted at all.
